Resident Advisory Board Meeting

The Housing Authority of the County of San Diego (HACSD) will be a hosting a Resident Advisory Board (RAB) Meeting on January 13, 2026, from 10am-11:30am at the Housing and Community Development Services building located at 3989 Ruffin Road, San Diego, CA., 92123. The agenda will include a presentation of the updates to our FY 2026-27 Agency Plan and Administrative Plan, amendments to the FY 2025-29 5 Year Agency Plan and FY 2025-2026 Annual Agency Plan, information on our new case management system and Public Housing updates.

Public Housing residents and HCV participants are encouraged to attend meetings to provide input via the comment process. Attendance is optional and is not a Public Housing or HCV program requirement. The RAB voting members will submit comments on behalf of residents and participants. Conference room seating is limited.
