I hope this email finds you settling into 2026 with warmth and optimism.

For many of you, this week has meant packing lunches again, finding that missing sneaker, and getting the kids back into their school routines. Also for others, it's been about shaking off the holiday cobwebs and returning to the office or the job site.

I get it. I'm right there with you.

I'm getting back to work with renewed energy and purpose. The new year always brings that feeling of possibility - a chance to recommit to the work that matters.

But I'll be honest with you: this isn't just any year.

2026 is an election year. And once again, Pennsylvania will be at the very center of a critical national conversation about who we are and what we stand for.

I am running for re-election to my State House seat, representing the North Philadelphia district where I was born and raised. because I believe in the work we've been doing together - fighting for working families, protecting our rights, and building a society that works for everyone. But I can't do it without you.

There's no easing into this one. We need to gear up now. That means building the infrastructure, reaching voters and making our case.
