When he was running for President, Mike Bloomberg BRAGGED about BUYING congressional seats: "Twenty-one of those were people that I spent $100 million to help elect… all of the new Democrats that came in and put Nancy Pelosi in charge and gave the Congress the ability to control this president, I bought — I got them."
In 2018, Bloomberg funneled $4.5 million to buy the 6th Congressional District for Lucy McBath – the former paid spokeswoman for his “dark money” group Everytown for Gun Safety. Then, in a blatant quid-pro-quo, McBath endorsed Bloomberg for President!
Now, Bloomberg is trying to do it again. See today’s headline:
Bloomberg’s dark money group, “Everytown for Gun Safety,” just announced that its initial “buy the House” investment is a whopping $15 million in top battleground districts, including Georgia’s 6th Congressional District.
And, that’s just the first installment in his “buy the House” scheme. Bloomberg is planning to spend $60 million in the next 100 days to buy this election for Lucy McBath and to give Nancy Pelosi the gavel for two more years . . . and even the Presidency for Sleepy Joe Biden.
