G7: Trump skips talks on climate crisis and Amazon fires

Hello - When world leaders recently gathered to identify global solutions to to combat the climate crisis, President Donald Trump was nowhere to be seen.

Our climate-denier-in-chief couldn't even be bothered to show up for a meeting.

But while Trump and the GOP continue to bury their heads in the sand and deny climate change, we're mobilizing a grassroots movement to save our planet and grow our economy.

New polling shows that the American people support the Green New Deal.
➜ 63% of adults nationwide think the proposal is a good idea.

➜ 60% of registered voters support it.

➜ 86% of Democrats and 64% of Independents are in favor of the plan.
But Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and President Trump are dug in and will do everything they can to stop the Green New Deal.

That's why we must turn up the pressure and show the GOP that we will not back down from this fight.
