TONIGHT, August 27, 2019, is the last public hearing scheduled by Idaho Department of Education this summer to address the following administrative rules:
  • IDAPA 08.02.03 Rules Governing Thoroughness (subsections 004, 007, 008, 009, 111, 112, 116, and 150) - specifically the Idaho Content Standards (incorporated by
    reference, Definitions, Assessments, Accountability, Unique Student Identifier, and Basic Values
  • IDAPA 08.02.04 Rules Governing Public Charter Schools
  • IDAPA 08.03.01 Rules of the Public Charter School Commission
  • IDAPA 08.04.01 Rules of the Idaho Digital Learning Academy

Tonight's public hearing will be held in Idaho Falls from 6:00 - 9:00 PM (MDT) at the College of Eastern Idaho located at 1600 South 25th East, building 6 (Health Education Bldg.) in room(s) 150/152. (Click here or here for details.)

Regardless if you have a child in the public school system, if you are anywhere in the Idaho Falls area tonight, we would strongly encourage you to attend this hearing. If you cannot make the public hearing but want to share your opinion still, please send in your comments by email to Tracie Bent at [email protected] no later than August 27, 2019.
