In regions destabilized and destroyed by conflict and climate emergencies, over 117 million people remain forcibly displaced.

The medical facilities and health workers that migrants rely on are attacked, rape is used as a weapon of war with impunity, and women and girls once again are paying the highest price.

UNFPA, the United Nations sexual and reproductive health agency, has a clear vision for 2026: essential sexual and reproductive health services, lifesaving interventions, and programs for survivors of violence must be available from day one .

We must act earlier and reach survivors when no one else can — pre-positioning supplies and medicines, deploying and equipping mobile teams, and building a pipeline of expert midwives and counselors so that early warnings lead to early care.

But, we need $1 billion to deliver this care in 2026, and without these funds, our ability to provide essential services including to women and girls around the world will be severely limited.

Will you make a gift to deliver hope to women and girls facing violence in conflict zones who have nowhere to turn for care? [[link removed]?]

A woman in drought-affected Namibe, Angola, describes giving birth at home because the nearest maternity facility is far, and the burden of carrying water before and after delivery.

Want to know the difference you could make? Here’s a snapshot of the impact donors made in 2025:
* 6.2 million people received sexual and reproductive health services, like prenatal checkups, in 45 countries
* 2.9 million people received counseling, safe spaces, and more for survivors of violence in 48 countries
* 1.1 million people accessed family planning in UNFPA facilities in 39 countries
* 518,000 Dignity Kits distributed in 40 countries
* 482,400 women safely gave birth in UNFPA facilities across 34 countries
* 37,800 survivors of violence received cash and voucher assistance to help them rebuild their lives in 22 countries
* 1,470 safe spaces for women and girls supported across 44 countries
* 770 mobile clinics operated by UNFPA in 29 countries

Resources like these can only exist with the generous support of people like you. Will you start the year by making a lifesaving gift and deliver care, dignity, and hope to women and girls in their greatest time of need? [[link removed]?]

Teenage girls at the UNFPA Ndenguma safe space in Nsanje District, southern Malawi, where they learn about the dangers of early marriage and teenage pregnancy and have access to contraceptives.

Funding cuts in 2025 led to the closure of 1,000 UNFPA health facilities and mobile health teams — today 12 million women, girls, and newborns are at risk of losing the support they need.

From bedside midwives to post-rape treatment to basic medicines and medical supplies, UNFPA’s work is lifesaving for the world’s most vulnerable women and girls. In Sudan, Yemen, Gaza, Haiti, Ukraine, Afghanistan, and wherever crisis strikes, women and girls are the last to receive care, if at all.

We’ve submitted a humanitarian appeal that would get us back to the budget levels we need to operate at full capacity, but we can’t — and won’t — pause our services as we wait for the decision to be made. We’re depending on your support more than ever to continue lifesaving care. Can you make a gift to provide for women and girls enduring crises around the world? [[link removed]?]

MAKE A GIFT [[link removed]?]

Thank you for supporting brighter futures for women and girls everywhere.
