It’s no surprise that the junior senator from Illinois is generating so much buzz as a VP pick. Senator Duckworth was awarded a Purple Heart for her service in Iraq, is a frequent and vocal critic of Donald Trump, and is a woman of color -- as well as one of only two AAPI leaders reported to be in Biden’s consideration.
But with a relatively low-profile, especially compared to some of the other names on Biden’s list, it’s unclear if Senator Duckworth has the public’s approval. ASPIRE has made no endorsements, but we’re reaching out to you now to find out:
