Mann Invests in American Energy Dominance, National Security WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, U.S. Representative Tracey Mann (KS-01) voted to advance H.R. 6938, the Commerce, Justice, Science; Energy and Water Development; and Interior and Environment Appropriations Act, 2026. The three-bill package appropriates funding for their respective agencies while enacting House Republicans' and President Trump's legislative priorities. Rep. Mann released the following statement after the vote: “Kansans sent me to Washington to steward taxpayer dollars and ensure fiscal responsibility in Congress,” said Rep. Mann. “House Republicans, working with President Trump, have worked hard to ensure that we are cutting wasteful spending through the appropriations process while fighting for conservative wins. These bills strengthen our law enforcement agencies, promote our national security, protect our Second Amendment rights, support reliable, affordable energy production, and invest in the future of water infrastructure, all while spending less than we would under another continuing resolution." The Commerce, Justice, Science; Energy and Water Development; and Interior and Environment Appropriations Act, 2026 Bolsters U.S. national security by investing in critical and emerging technologies Restores American energy dominance through nuclear energy and critical mineral investments Safeguards taxpayer dollars by eliminating bureaucratic red tape that abused government funding Champions American nuclear deterrence programs through strategic infrastructure initiatives H.R. 6938 will now go to the U.S. Senate for further consideration. ### For more information about Representative Mann, visit: www.mann.house.gov Connect with us Rep.
