New York is already at the center of the fight for control of Congress.

Political experts are saying it plainly. What happens during the election this year could make or break which party holds the House in Washington. That is why national attention is already locked on a handful of races across the state and especially this one.

This district has been decided by the narrowest of margins. Republicans know it. Democrats know it. And outside groups are already treating it like a must-win race. When the margins are this tight every dollar and every early decision matters.

If Democrats are going to take back the House this year, the path runs straight through New York. And if we are going to hold this seat we have to show strength right now.
