Creating a Fitness Plan That Works for You

Many New Year’s resolutions involve physical fitness, but how do you create a fitness plan that works for your body? Regular exercise has physical and mental benefits for people with cystic fibrosis, but should be done carefully. Work with your CF care team to find exercises that are sustainable, enjoyable, and will fit into your daily life is key to creating a plan that will last.
