** Mondays, January 26—March 23
12 pm PT
------------------------------------------------------------

An eight-week, in-person group for entertainment industry professionals aged 60 and older, Guided Autobiography for Older Adults offers participants the chance to write their life stories via weekly assignments that explore major themes. The group provides a safe, supportive space to share experiences from the past while promoting well-being and creating community. No writing experience is necessary.

This group will meet weekly for two hours on Mondays from January 26 through March 23. The group will not meet on February 16 in observance of Presidents’ Day.

Meetings will be held in-person at the Entertainment Community Fund offices at:

1630 Schrader Boulevard, Suite 100
Los Angeles, CA 90028

Parking will be available.

A pre-group interview is required. Please note that group size is limited to eight people and the first to respond will be given priority. Members of the group are expected to commit to attendance for all meetings.

Please note that this is not a psychotherapy group and does not provide mental health treatment. If you are in need of mental health support, please reach out to the Entertainment Community Fund: entertainmentcommunity.org/MentalHealth.
