Just before the new year, our chef/owner at Butterworth’s – the Capitol Hill restaurant of which I am (perhaps too publicly) an investor – participated in a podcast with Bloomberg’s Odd Lots.

I’ve just managed to sit down and listen to it today, and it’s so interesting that I wanted to share it with all of you.

It’s a great conversation about how restaurants work, especially in such a hostile city like Washington, D.C.
