Hi friends, As we closed the book on 2025, I’ve been reflecting on what this year meant for Michigan – and what it demanded from all of us. It was not an easy year. Families in our state and across the country felt the impact of higher grocery bills, rising health care costs, and attacks on the research and science that keep our communities safe and healthy. I’ve heard those concerns in town halls, on shop floors, in classrooms, and in kitchens across Michigan. And I carry them with me every single day. But here’s what else I’ve seen: Michigan grit, resilience, and determination. I’ve seen it in the small-business owners navigating supply chain chaos, the engineers and autoworkers building our future, and the working families who keep showing up, even as costs soar and it feels like the entire system is rigged against them. I’m proud of what we accomplished together in 2025. From legislation to constituent service to simply showing up and listening, our work this year was grounded in one thing: fighting for Michiganders. This year, I introduced and supported legislation to lower costs, bring jobs back home, and stand up to abuses of power:
By the Numbers We showed up, we listened, and we delivered. This year, our team:
And since 2019, we’ve returned over $139 million to families in our district. From visiting plants to standing with hunger relief organizations, from launching Manufacturing Day to helping families navigate Social Security and health insurance, every part of my job comes back to one thing: serving the people who make Michigan strong. As we look ahead to 2026, I know the challenges are still huge. But so is our capacity for progress. I’m ready to keep fighting. Thank you for believing in this work. Thank you for being part of this movement. With grit and gratitude, Paid for by Haley Stevens for Senate. |
