A deadline is upon us, and the Deep State is worried.

For years the Deep State in Washington, D.C. has made its primary mission to force anyone -- you and me and any administration -- who challenges them under their thumb.

At their disposal is a myriad of blatantly unconstitutional “intelligence tools” they told us were designed to fight terrorists and would never, ever be abused. . .

But just like you and I have seen from just about everything else that’s come out the Washington, D.C.’s cesspool, that was nothing more than a blatant LIE.

Yet, even with Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act set to expire in just a few months, Deep State apologists within the Trump administration and in Congress are brazenly pushing for its renewal!

This is the same section of federal code the Deep State was caught using to spy on members of the incoming Trump administration before leaking the information they concocted to the press!

If our shadow government will spy on a president for purely political purposes, do you really believe they’ll think twice before using their power to come after “problem” citizens like you and me?

Just look at the many innocent Americans who were targeted by Deep State goons during the Biden years!

And they didn’t hesitate to spy on dozens of organizations and “influencers” from the right, and nearly a dozen sitting U.S. Senators, so they certainly won’t do the right thing when it comes to you and me!

Sadly, Congress’ response to the abuse is to protect THEMSELVES while leaving the rest of us fully exposed.

The Deep State’s prison walls are being constructed all around us.

And I fear time is running out for America.

You see, even if President Trump succeeds at reining in the Deep State, if warrantless surveillance of Americans is still the law of the land after his term ends, it’s just a matter of time before we’re in the crosshairs again!

That’s why I’m counting on you to please fill out your “GET A WARRANT!” Directive IMMEDIATELY ([link removed]).

As you’ll see, this directive insists your U.S. Representative and Senators vote “NO!” on reauthorizing warrantless surveillance of Americans under Section 702 of FISA.

Section 702 of the FISA Amendments Act grants the U.S. government the ability to wiretap without a warrant and collect information on innocent Americans.

Those communications are “supposed to” involve a foreign agent in some way who is somehow “of interest”. . .

But the communication does not have to be directly with a known foreign troublemaker.

You see, under Section 702, even a phone call where you casually mention to a friend the name of a new guy who just moved into your neighborhood could be enough for federal agents to start sweeping up all electronic communications on you and your friend!

In fact, this power is so broad, it allows the NSA to start sweeping up communications on virtually anyone if they can claim to connect enough dots!

Worse, we’re not even talking about phone and email records commonly referred to as “metadata.”

We’re talking about the CONTENT of your emails, text messages, social media communications, and phone calls!

In other words, virtually anything you say to anyone in a private email or telephone call can be captured and used for just about anything the government wants.

To indict, embarrass, blackmail, or SMEAR.

The East German “Stasi” of yesteryear could have only dreamed of having such broad technological powers to spy on its own citizens!

The good news is, we CAN stop this madness. We CAN force Deep State goons to ([link removed])GET A WARRANT ([link removed]), as the Constitution DEMANDS.

The truth is, Members of Congress are growing very nervous about the enormous power they see the Deep State wielding today.

Many in Congress have never before cared about the Fourth Amendment guarantees for average Americans like you and me.

But now, as they’ve seen the Deep State unabashedly “weaponize” their spying powers for politics, they’re worried about themselves.

And they have good reason to be worried, considering what we learned about Biden’s “Operation Arctic Frost” program which targeted Members of Congress and their communications.

I hate to say, “I told you so.”

But it infuriates me to no end that the same politicians who swear on a Bible to uphold the U.S. Constitution -- which still includes the Fourth Amendment -- could be so blind!

Sadly, the “solution” some members of Congress are opting for is an effort floated by House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) to protect LAWMAKERS from illegal surveillance.

Johnson isn’t looking out for you and me. He’s looking out for himself only!

That’s why your action today is so critical to take a SLEDGEHAMMER to the prison walls the Deep State is building all around us.

With administration officials like FBI Director Kash Patel pushing hard for the status quo on Section 702, I can promise you statists in Congress are going to do whatever they can to reauthorize warrantless surveillance under Section 702 quickly and quietly -- far before its April expiration date.
