In this short video, we explain what Galaxy Gas is, why teens are drawn to it, the warning signs parents should know, and how to start a conversation that could protect your child.

2. Free online course: How you say it matters

Did you know we have free online training courses for parents? Our newest course "How You Say It Matters: Words Can Build Walls or Bridges" helps parents and caregivers understand the difference between open-ended and closed questions — and how the right kind of question can completely change a conversation.

The full self-paced course takes less than 30 minutes to complete, and it can be paused so you can pick it up wherever you left off.

3. Upcoming webinar with Operation Parent: How mental health can influence substance use

Partnership to End Addiction's Senior VP of Prevention Research and Analysis, Linda Richter, will join a discussion with Operation Parent on co-occurring disorders — when substance use and mental health disorders happen at the same time. She will help explain this connection, share warning signs, and discuss ways to support your child and reduce risk.
