I'll get right to the point: I'm running this race without taking one dime of corporate PAC money. So I'm counting on this grassroots team to have my back and help us fight back against the millions Mitch McConnell is pouring into this race.

But we just went over this month's numbers and right now, we're not on pace to hit our fundraising goal this month.

We can't take back the Senate majority without winning in Iowa. This is the last full fundraising quarter before Election Day. If we fall behind on fundraising now, we won't have time to catch up. We can't let that happen. Missing this critical end-of-month fundraising goal is not an option, John.

In order to get our fundraising back on track, we need to raise $75,000 by July 31. Will you pitch in $5, or whatever you can, to help get us there so we can flip this seat and the Senate?

Cook Political Report, Politico, and Inside Elections are all calling this race a toss-up, and poll after poll shows me neck-and-neck with my Republican opponent. We need to keep our foot on the gas so we can't fall behind and miss this crucial goal.
