I’m a proud fourth-generation Hudson Valley native from a blue-collar family.

Folks – my name is Cait Conley, and I am running against Mike Lawler in NY-17.
I’m a proud fourth-generation Hudson Valley native from a blue-collar family. After graduating from West Point, I spent 16 years as an active duty Army officer, deploying six times overseas to keep America safe. Now, I’m running for Congress in one of the toughest battleground districts in the entire country.
This is one of only three House districts nationwide that split their ticket for Kamala Harris and a Republican member of Congress.
Lawler is beatable – but only if we’re able to go toe-to-toe with him communicating with voters across the district.
Please, will you consider making a split donation to my campaign and Stand Up to help me beat Mike Lawler and help Democrats take back the House?
Mike Lawler has beaten politicians before. He’s never beaten someone like me.
I am under no illusions that this race is going to be easy. Mike Lawler has a massive fundraising head start on us, and last cycle, Elon Musk invested more money in this race than in any other single place nationwide.
But in the special operations community, we have a saying: “Run to the sound of the guns.”
It means we take the tough fights head-on. That’s what I’ve done for my entire career. And that’s what we’re doing in this race.
Right now, we’re all-in on meeting our fundraising goals ahead of our December deadline. We’ve set ambitious benchmarks to meet before this FEC period finishes.
These goals weren’t pulled out of thin air: They are exactly what we need to raise in order to run a competitive voter outreach program.
My opponent has billionaires backing him. I have you all: a grassroots team dedicated to flipping this seat.
I’m respectfully asking you to make a split donation with Stand Up today, to help power our campaign to defeat Mike Lawler.
