Mass Call: Healthcare Not Warfare

Health care costs are already too high and right now, millions of families are at risk of paying even more. Congress has allowed extra savings that made coverage more affordable to lapse, meaning higher premiums and out-of-pocket costs are about to hit people who rely on coverage to care for themselves and their families.

The House is expected to vote as early as Thursday on whether to restore those savings and protect affordable coverage or let costs keep rising.

This moment is part of a larger fight for care and affordability: ensuring that everyone has access to the health care and support they need to care for themselves, their families, and their communities. We need Congress to keep care at the center of their decisions – not warfare. Register for the Healthcare Not Warfare emergency call happening TONIGHT at 8pm ET. [[link removed]]

Thank you for taking action,

The majority of domestic workers sit at the center of some of our nation’s most decisive issues because of who they are and what they do: they are women – mostly women of color, immigrants, mothers, and low-wage workers. They are impacted by almost every policy affecting the future of our economy, democracy and country.

Domestic workers can lead us toward a new, inclusive vision for the future for all of us -- and your grassroots support is the fuel that can get us there.
