Preparation is key in my work as Attorney General. As I take on the Trump administration across dozens of cases, I have to be ready for anything they might throw our way.

2026 just started, which is a critical election year, and we need to be prepared. I’ve taken the Trump administration on over 40 times in 2025, and I know that 2026 will bring many more fights.

And the truth is, every one of these fights has real consequences for Maryland families. Whether it’s stopping unlawful cuts to healthcare, defending reproductive freedom, protecting food assistance, or blocking federal overreach that threatens our schools and communities, the stakes could not be higher. These legal battles affect the daily lives, rights, and futures of the people I swore to protect.

While I take on case after case, I need the resources to keep these fights going. I can’t step away from major cases to fundraise, so I rely heavily on grassroots supporters like you to help keep this work going.
