Lower Taxes & Protect the NH Advantage
• Pass a constitutional amendment requiring a 2/3 vote to raise or create new
taxes (CACR 12)
• Block activist court rulings that could force an income, sales, or statewide
property tax
• Increase transparency and accountability before local tax or spending caps
are overridden (SB 643)
• Support economic revitalization zones and business-friendly loan programs
Public Safety & National Security
• Ban foreign adversaries like China and Iran from lobbying or funding NH
elections (SB 534 and SB 528)
• Protect bail reform and crime prevention laws
• Increase penalties for fentanyl-related deaths and classify Xylazine as a
controlled substance (SB 465, SB 467)
• Stand with Israel against terrorism and rising antisemitism
Protecting Parents & Children
• Prohibit taxpayer-funded DEI programming in public schools
• Protect young women in private spaces (SB 552, SB 459)
• Establish safeguards to protect children from explicit and predatory AI
chatbots
• Create a Commission for Children’s Futures and expand youth mental health
services
Lowering Costs & Growing the Economy
• Expand in-state energy production to lower utility costs (SB 447, SB 537,

Enact “Buy New Hampshire” policies to support local lumber and jobs (SB 529,

• Protect the Education Freedom Account program and expand school choice
• Increase transparency in school spending
• Lower prescription drug costs through PBM reform
• Protect access to healthcare in rural communities

• End multi-state welfare enrollment and prevent fraud
• Ensure benefits go only to eligible New Hampshire residents (SB 615)
• Refocus SNAP spending on nutritious food (SB 615, SB 603)
