Skills Summary: Online Activities Resource
------------------------------------------------------------
In response to the increasing online presence of youth work, we have developed a new activity resource to accompany the Skills Summary tool when working online with young people. The resource contains five activities that can be facilitated in an online space between a youth worker, or a significant adult, and a young person. Discover more >> ([link removed])

** 'Let's Talk About Sexting' Resource
------------------------------------------------------------

Young people engaging in risky behaviours such as sexting may experience anxiety as Covid-19 restrictions ease and they begin to socialise again. That’s according to experts speaking at the launch of a new tool to help those working with young people to start a conversation with them around the topic of sexting. Check out the resource >> ([link removed])

With that in mind, we’re continuing to update the resources, training and advice we've brought together to support you through this time. Go to the resource hub >> ([link removed])

With all activities suspended since mid-March, leaders have been kept up to date with government guidelines and Company challenges via email and social media. Some of the activities members have been taking part in include Easter challenges, fitness challenges, the creation of thank you videos and artwork to frontline workers, building birdhouses and bee feeders to link in with Biodiversity Week, virtual book readings and quizzes, designing board games, creating a user-friendly cookbook, and more. The Republic of Ireland Management Committee will be conducting risk assessments with Companies to assist them when returning safely to a “new normal” come September.
