Attendees will learn how to think about AI in practical terms, map everyday business problems to the right tools, and see real examples of low-risk automations that can be implemented immediately, including creative generation, email and document handling, CRM updates, and content creation. The session will demystify AI agents: what they are, what they aren’t, and when they actually make sense. It will also explain the future of SMBs over the next 12–24 months in AI and how business owners can position themselves to stay competitive without betting the farm on unproven tech. Registration for members of the Chamber is free. Prospective members may register for $25. All registrants will receive the Zoom meeting link in the confirmation email upon registration.
