** Author and Radio Host Josh Hammer Joins David Horowitz Freedom Center as a Shillman Fellow

The David Horowitz Freedom Center is excited to announce the recent appointment of author and radio show host Josh Hammer ([link removed]) as a Shillman Fellow at the David Horowitz Freedom Center.

Josh Hammer is the Senior Editor-at-Large of Newsweek, where he hosts “The Josh Hammer Show” podcast and syndicated radio show and writes a weekly newsletter, “The Josh Hammer Report.” “The Josh Hammer Show” is distributed by Salem Media Group and appears on the Salem Podcast Network and Salem News Channel.

One of the most influential Jewish voices in contemporary American conservatism, Hammer is the author of Israel and Civilization: The Fate of the Jewish Nation and the Destiny of the West ([link removed]) . He is a popular invited speaker on college campuses across the country and has been published by dozens of leading media outlets, both lay and academic.

A lawyer by background, Josh also serves as senior counsel for the Article III Project, which seeks to protect the rule of law from activist judges who have politicized and weaponized our justice system.

In his new role as Shillman Fellow for the Freedom Center, Josh will write regular columns for us here: the Freedom Center’s daily news site, Frontpage Magazine ([link removed]) , and he will also be speaking at upcoming Freedom Center events ([link removed]) .

The Shillman Journalism Fellows program is funded by the generosity of Dr. Robert Shillman and includes such writers as Bruce Bawer, Jason Hill, Bruce Thornton, Robert Spencer, and Mark Tapson.
