This past year, we made real progress. Homicides dropped to historic lows. We improved Baltimore’s crisis response so people with mental or behavioral health needs could get help, not punishment. We worked to protect youth by addressing unregulated smoke shops near schools, and we stood up to BGE over high utility bills.
