For me, Christmas is always a time that reminds me of the preciousness of our children.
But as this New Year begins, something deeply troubling is already being prepared behind closed doors.
While you and I are still switching back on after the holidays, a small group of unelected UN “experts” is quietly rewriting “children’s rights” in ways that strip parents of their role as decision-makers.
As I’m writing this, they are finalizing a new draft addition to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child — a well-known UN treaty that governments and courts around the world use to shape laws and decisions that directly affect how children are treated.
This new draft does something extremely dangerous.
It turns abortion and gender transition into what they call “children’s rights” — “rights” that can be enforced over the objections of the child’s own parents!
If adopted, it is to be cited for years to come by courts, governments, schools, and institutions, shaping real-life decisions about your child and steadily pushing parents to the margins.
This is how parental rights are stripped in practice, by turning life-altering decisions into “children’s rights” and treating parents as barriers to be bypassed.
Worse still, this draft goes far beyond anything countries ever agreed to when they signed the Convention in the first place — and it does so without any public debate or consent.
It hasn’t taken long for the new year to show us what’s coming: our children are already under attack again — quietly, through sneaky, technical language which most parents will never see until it’s used against them.
So I need your help again. Please act now, before this is finalised!
Let me explain why this draft is so dangerous.
The Convention was meant to defend children “before as well as after birth.”
Yet, this new draft tramples on that original intent. It twists the treaty to demand global abortion on demand for minors, and even moves to undermine parental say in life-altering decisions around gender.
The CRC Committee draft says children must have “effective access to safe abortion services for adolescent girls.” (Paragraph 18b).
In UN language, “effective access” means nothing is allowed to stand in the way. No delays. No obstacles.
The intention cannot be clearer. It turns abortion into a right for underage girls!
At the same time, the very same draft is packed with radical gender-ideology language that treats so-called “gender identity” claims as children’s rights, too.
I know, right … you cannot make this stuff up!
A “right” to kill an unborn child!? A “right” for a child to change gender!?
And this is not accidental. This is part of a years-long push by the UN to normalize the idea that children can decide their gender and that anyone who questions or slows that down is “violating their rights”.
The draft explicitly demands that countries adopt what it calls a “gender-transformative approach.”
That means actively reshaping laws, schools, healthcare systems, and courts to affirm gender ideology — including the idea that a child’s declared “gender identity” must be accepted and acted on.
In practice, this language has been used again and again to justify:
- Schools brainwashing and indoctrinating children without parents knowing
- Doctors pushing damaging and irreversible practices like abortions, puberty blockers, and hormones
- Courts overriding parents who say “stop”
Make no mistake - the language is formulated in such a way as to do one key thing: push parents out of the decision-making process.
Here’s how all of this plays out in real life.
Your child tells a teacher or counsellor that they don’t feel the gender they are.
Under this draft, your caution can be labelled discrimination. Your refusal becomes a barrier to your child’s “rights.”
An activist group steps in. A school or doctor claims your involvement is causing “harm” or “delay.” A court is asked to intervene — urgently.
And just like that, you, the parent, are no longer the final decision-maker for your own child!
No parental consent. No parental protection. Institutions decide instead on consequences that are IRREVERSIBLE!
Here’s the thing: this text is written for that purpose.
It’s written so lawyers can quote it.
So NGOs can weaponize it.
So judges can say:
“UN International child rights standards require this.”
Even in countries where abortion is restricted. Even where parental consent is the law.
Once this draft is adopted, it becomes a weapon, used again and again against parents who refuse to hand over their children to ideology.
That’s why this fight matters, and that’s why this language cannot be allowed to stand.

Abortion and gender transition can never be “children’s rights.” A right is something that protects a child from harm, not something that permanently alters or destroys a child’s body, fertility, or future.
By redefining these life-altering acts as “rights,” this UN draft flips the entire idea of child protection on its head and turns parents into obstacles instead of guardians.
Once this language is adopted, it will be used in courts, schools, and hospitals to override parents who say “no”. That is how something insane becomes “normal.”
