DNC Report shared by Lead State Committeewoman Grace Carrington:

 Dear DNC Member,
It was wonderful to see so many of you in Los Angeles for our 2025 Winter DNC Meeting. As we do after all of our DNC meetings, we have prepared a brief report summarizing the business conducted and the activities that took place over our time together. We hope this information is helpful to you in your ongoing work on behalf of the Democratic Party.
The Democratic National Committee met from December 11–13, 2025, in Los Angeles, California.
The Budget Oversight and Review Committee, Credentials Committee, Resolutions Committee, and the Rules and Bylaws Committee convened on Thursday, December 11, to consider a range of party business. The reports and recommendations from these committees were subsequently presented to the full membership for consideration.
Throughout the three days, the DNC’s Caucuses and Councils met to discuss their priorities and work plans for the months ahead. These meetings included discussions with invited speakers and elected officials, as well as strategic conversations focused on engaging their respective constituencies and supporting Democratic victories at every level of the ballot.
The full DNC membership convened in General Session on Friday afternoon, where members heard remarks from former Vice President Kamala Harris, among other inspiring speakers, reflecting on the stakes of the moment and the work ahead for Democrats nationwide. During the General Session, members approved the Report of the Rules and Bylaws Committee and the Report of the Resolutions Committee. The membership also approved the Chair’s At-Large Member nomination and Standing Committee appointments.
The DNC Executive Committee met on Saturday morning where they heard from additional speakers, as well as approved Chair Martin’s Ombudsman Committee appointments.
I am deeply grateful to all of you who took time out of your busy schedules to join us in Los Angeles. Over the course of the meeting, including Caucus and Council meetings, Standing Committee meetings, trainings, and General Sessions, a total of 33 meetings and trainings took place. We are thankful to have been supported by 73 volunteers who collectively filled 127 volunteer shifts throughout the weekend.
As we continue to refine and improve our meetings, we welcome your feedback. We would appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to complete the post-meeting survey and share your thoughts as we prepare for our upcoming meetings.
I look forward to connecting again at our next DNC Meeting, which will be held in New Orleans, Louisiana, from April 9–11, 2026. The 2026 Spring DNC Meeting will take place at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside. Additional information regarding hotel reservations and booking details will be shared in the new year.
Thank you again for all that you do for our Party. As always, please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. I can be reached directly at [email protected] or by phone at (715) 790-4334. You may also contact my Office at [email protected].
Yours,
