Hi John,
I don’t take it for granted when someone chips in to my campaign. It is
your hard-earned money, and it really does make a difference.
[ [link removed] ]I’m going to share more, but first, will you split $5 or $10 between my
campaign and Blue Amp Action to help me become California’s next governor?
When you boil it down, campaigns are won through voter contact. We’re
trying to persuade voters to choose us and/or to convince people to
actually vote instead of staying home.
These efforts take resources, whether it’s paying for ads, hiring staff to
organize media appearances, or enlisting volunteers to knock doors or
make calls.
When many campaign budgets are in the millions, it can be hard to wrap
your head around what your donation actually means. I’ve crunched the
numbers to tell you exactly what your $5 can buy a campaign:
* 250 digital ad impressions
* 8 pieces of mail
* 10 doors canvassed (you can increase this number by volunteering!)
Now, multiply that by thousands and thousands of people chipping in, and
you’ve got the recipe for a winning campaign.
I’m proud to have run every single one of my campaigns with only
grassroots contributions, and this time is no different. [ [link removed] ]So I have to
ask, will you split $5, $10, or whatever you can spare between my campaign
and Blue Amp Action to help me reach voters and win in 2026?
Thanks,
Katie
