Friend,

As we wrap up our fourth month of running a socially distant campaign, we are still doing everything we can to get our message out to voters, including looking for opportunities to be out in the community safely.

Last weekend, my family and I grabbed our masks and packed up the RV to head to Fairbanks for the Golden Days Parade. This year the organizers got creative to make sure the community could still celebrate together while social distancing. Instead of crowds lining the street as floats drove by, folks drove their own cars past the floats that were parked along the parade route. Team Alyse had a great time waving our signs and getting our message out!

During our Fairbanks trip, I had the pleasure to tour Yukon Farms in Fairbanks and hear about their plan to get Alaska growing 90% of our own produce. Hydroponics could offer a solution for the climate crisis effects on farming in Alaska and across our nation.

I was so impressed by the work Will and Caroline Hutto are doing in the beautiful Goldstream Valley. Alaskans are constantly innovating and this is such a great step to grow our own right here in Alaska!

While we can’t travel across the state as much as we’d like these days, I’m reaching out to voters across the state by holding virtual house parties and town halls on Zoom. It’s not the same as talking in person, but the response has been incredible!

It’s hard to believe that there are just 103 days left before the election. We are working harder than ever to make sure we hit our goals and can fund everything we need to do to win. Will you pitch in today to keep this campaign going strong?

Thank you for making this campaign possible.

Gratefully,

Alyse
