Watching Mayor Zohran Mamdani take the oath of office this week was a historic moment for the city, and a beacon of hope for our entire movement.

As one New Yorker put it: “I saw little changes in people’s faces, like hope, light, happiness, because of [Mamdani].”

Antonio was the first Democrat in this race to endorse Zohran because he knows we need leaders who fight for working-class values. But while we celebrate, the establishment is already planning a counter-attack.

Even though Mamdani is mayor, Hochul is a threat with plans undermine him:

Kathy Hochul didn’t come to the table willingly, and she has no interest in supporting the bold changes New Yorkers are demanding. To her, this movement is a threat to the status quo she’s spent years protecting.
