Attorney General’s Office to File Petition for Rehearing on Abortion Case

CHEYENNE, Wyo. - Jan. 6, 2026 - Governor Mark Gordon (R-WY) has asked the Attorney General’s office to file a petition for rehearing on today’s Supreme Court abortion decision.  The Attorney General’s office has agreed and will file that petition within the 15 days allowed.
