Hello John,

I didn’t run for the Senate to sit quietly while Arizona is lied to.

On one hand, I’m sponsoring SB1056 to eliminate long-term vacant government positions, boost transparency, and cut wasteful spending.

That’s the “clean” part of the fight - cutting the rot out of the bureaucracy so they can’t hide behind fake positions, phantom budgets, and zero accountability.

But let’s talk about why that matters.

Because behind the scenes, we’ve now lived through one of the most intensive election investigations in Arizona history - and what’s coming to light should shake every honest person to their core.

We were told all 446 tabulator machines were tested on October 11 before the 2020 election.
Log files now show that didn’t happen the way we were told.
Those same logs show activity on the 14th, 17th, and 18th — seals removed, machines reprogrammed, work caught on surveillance video.
Then in 2022, 260 of those 446 machines failed, and 59% of the machines went down across Maricopa County on Election Day — the very day Republicans vote in person.

You don’t “accidentally” create that kind of chaos.

And while Arizona families were standing in line for hours, the same political class told us to shut up, move along, and “trust the system.”

I won’t.

In 2026, I am demanding:

Full criminal investigations into every official who signed off on this mess.
Subpoenas and sworn testimony for everyone who touched those machines or those logs.
Real consequences for anyone who lied to courts, legislators, or the public.

If prosecutors won’t do their jobs, they should step aside and let someone else enforce the law. No more excuses. No more hiding behind titles.

SB1056 is just the beginning. Cleaning out fake positions and shadow payrolls is how we pull back the curtain and stop this from ever happening again. But I can’t do it alone.

The DC Swamp, the Arizona cartel-class, and the Hobbs machine would love nothing more than to see my January report come in weak - so they can recruit a hand-picked puppet to replace me and shut this all down.
