John,
In 2025, we saw a blue wave not only in Connecticut but across the country. And it happened because people like you showed up. This past year taught us a lot about what it takes to win tough races, strengthen our communities, and build the momentum to deliver tangible results.
Here’s what we learned:
Early organizing changes everything
Campaigns that started early, both on the ground and through strong digital organizing, built the trust within their communities that turned out voters and helped us flip twenty-nine towns.
Voter contact works when it is personal
Direct conversations continue to be the most persuasive tool in politics. When organizers and volunteers are on the ground talking with voters, we saw trust deepen and turnout climb, especially in our most competitive districts. ( Here is a link to our mobilize if you’d like to join our volunteer force! [[link removed]] )
Local issues drive voters
Engagement surged and support followed when candidates focused on the issues that matter most in their communities rather than the national culture wars.
Coalition building wins tough races
Where Democrats partnered with labor, local DTCs, our Democratic caucuses, and local business leaders, support grew faster and held stronger.
And now we’re ready to take everything we learned and build on it, giving us the competitive edge we need in 2026. Will you chip in to help us build on our momentum? [[link removed]]

Your contribution today will help us identify the voters we need to turn out to win in every district, invest in getting out the vote, and increase the number of training opportunities for volunteers, campaign staff, and candidates to be successful this November.
We have a lot ahead of us, and your contribution today will strengthen our efforts statewide.
Thanks for standing with us,
Your CT Dems
