Texas Insurance Commissioner Brown retiring

After more than four years of leading TDI, Commissioner Cassie Brown will retire on February 2, 2026. Appointed by Governor Greg Abbott, Brown oversees the regulation of the $293 billion Texas insurance market, the second largest in the nation.
