John, five years ago today, Donald Trump incited a deadly insurrection on the U.S. Capitol, injuring 174 Capitol police officers and costing four of them their lives.

And since his second inauguration almost a year ago, he's done everything he can to undermine the will of American voters and cling to power, whether that's:

👉 Still lying saying he won in 2020 and eroding trust in our elections,
|
|
👉 Telling Texas and other Republican-leaning states to redraw their maps to rig the lines and save their fragile House majority,
|
|
👉 Threatening to end mail-in voting,
|
|
👉 Courting super PACs and dark-money groups to buy elections,
|
|
👉 Or even going so far as to pardon the **nearly 1,600** people who stormed the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

|
This isn’t normal. It’s a power grab.

And with the 2026 midterms coming, he’s only going to push harder.
