I hope you enjoyed ringing in the new year with family and friends, and that your 2026 is starting off with hope.

Thanks to your support, we closed the year with the groundswell of momentum -- over 6,000 of you donated -- that we need to keep IL-17 blue and ensure we flip control of the House.

I’m grateful for every dollar donated, every donor that joins our team, every volunteer who's given an hour of their time, and every person who spreads the word about our campaign.

And this past weekend was a stark reminder of why we need adults back in charge of Congress to keep the administration honest. Of course I am glad that Maduro is facing justice and I am thankful every American service member returned home safe; but not for the profiteering of big oil when districts like ours lead the nation in renewable energy sources.

I'm going to demand honest answers from this administration immediately, and I am going to start this year just like the last three -- fighting for what's best for my neighbors in Illinois.

But before we hit the ground running, I wanted to take a moment to thank you again for being on our team. I’m incredibly proud of the work we continue to do for IL-17. Together, we will win this race and take back the House majority!
