Friend,

Nicolas Maduro is a cartel gangster and drug trafficker, not a legitimately elected president. 

For years now, he’s oppressed Venezuelans, targeted Americans with lethal drugs, and given our adversaries a safe harbor. 

I’m grateful to President Trump, Secretary Rubio, and our brave troops for bringing this thug to justice. 

It was the right thing to do and it’ll make Georgians and Americans safer. 

I weigh in on issues like these because they matter and because I have experience dealing with them in law enforcement and the military. 

Other leaders in our hemisphere should take note. Stop protecting cartels and criminals.

And it’d be nice if Georgia had two senators who agreed that stopping narcoterrorists is a good thing.
