The Constitution says it plain and simply: it is Congress — not the
president — who has the power to declare war.
And yet, that didn't stop the Trump Administration from killing over 100
people in illegal boat attacks and launch a major military operation to
kidnap Venezuelan President Maduro.
This is yet another example of Donald Trump shredding the Constitution and
acting without any oversight.
Where are the checks and balances? Where is the accountability? Who will
step up to stop Trump from breaking the law and taking more and more
