When Houston families needed help navigating immigration paperwork, federal services, disaster recovery, or urgent healthcare appeals, they had no congressional office to call. The consequences were real: seniors couldn't get medications, small businesses couldn't access federal programs, and families in crisis had nowhere to turn.
We've heard heartbreaking stories from constituents who reached out during emergencies and had no one on the other end of the line — because Greg Abbott made a political decision that ignored the needs of real people.
Amanda is running to change that.

She went neighborhood by neighborhood — literally knocking on doors — to make sure seniors, disabled neighbors, and families had food, medication, and emergency resources.
