I want to take a moment and say a heartfelt thank-you.

Together with a community of supporters, we are heading into the new year ready to provide lifesaving aid to communities around the world as they face war, disasters and poverty.

Here's what you helped us achieve in 2025:

• Expand access to medicine: 1.9+ million people received medicine and 9+ million prescriptions were provided around the world.
• Respond to global emergencies: Americares responded to 30 emergencies in 22 countries, providing emergency aid for over 684,000 disaster survivors.
• Deliver quality health services: Helped hundreds of thousands of people through 270 health projects in 36 countries.

With your support, Americares responded to devastating crises and emergencies around the world:

• Ukraine War: You help provide a lifeline to people in Ukraine who face significant barriers to care from attacks on health facilities and a decimated health workforce. Americares has delivered more than 500 tons of aid and continues to support cancer treatments for children.
• War in Gaza: Two years of relentless violence, aid blockages and forced displacement have spiraled Gaza into a catastrophic health and hunger crisis. Since October 2023, you have helped deliver more than 35 tons of medical aid and supported mobile health services for displaced families.
• Texas Flooding: Americares responded quickly following catastrophic flash flooding that killed more than 135 people, destroyed homes and left communities reeling. You helped provide mental health support for people impacted, including first responders.
• California Wildfires: The year began with massive wildfires that destroyed more than 16,000 structures in and around Los Angeles. Your generosity enabled Americares to provide emergency funds, medicines, N95 masks, water and other relief supplies to people who lost their homes and access to health services.

We don’t know what 2026 will bring. But we do know we’re prepared.

We’re prepared to deliver emergency aid to disaster survivors, provide urgent medical supplies to civilians caught in the crossfire of conflicts and bring critical health services wherever we’re needed around the world.
