We've seen what can happen when we don't take the necessary precautions to protect voters' health and safety when casting their ballots during an election. We've seen it in Wisconsin, Georgia, and Kentucky.

Changes to polling locations, staffing and ballot shortages, issues with voting machines have riddled primary elections across the country with complications -- all during a public health crisis.
