Dear members and supporters,

The festive season may be over, but the new year brings new opportunities and we’d love you to be part of them.

We’re delighted to invite you to a WCL Green Party members’ meeting this January, featuring a special guest speaker: Cllr Liam Davis. This will be a great opportunity to hear a first-hand account of what it’s really like to be a Green councillor, ask questions, and learn from Liam’s experience on the council.

The evening will also be a chance to:

  • Meet fellow Green Party members

  • Find out what’s happening locally across WCL

  • Hear from Cllr Liam Davis about life as a Green councillor

  • Help us gear up for the May local elections and the year ahead

As we prepare for May 2026, we are also actively looking for members to stand as Green candidates across Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, and Hammersmith & Fulham. You don’t need prior experience — we provide support, training and mentoring throughout the process. If you’ve ever considered standing, or are curious about what it involves, this meeting is a great chance to learn more and ask questions in a friendly, supportive setting.
