We did it, John,

We would be happy if we could change the life of just one young LGBTQ+ person. But thanks to your support over the last several weeks, we’re going to be able to do a lot more than that.

We hit our Bigger Picture goal. Truly, thank you. 

Because you showed up, LGBTQ+ youth will have more places to land when the world feels overwhelming: resources that help them navigate identity and mental health, youth-led grants that turn schools into safer spaces, leadership programs that help young people build skills (and confidence) to lead, and storytelling and community that reminds them they’re not alone—anywhere.

That’s the work. And it matters, because it’s not easy growing up while scrolling through headlines that treat queer kids like a debate topic. We exist to help LGBTQ+ youth make sense of it all, and to remind them It Gets Better when you find your people and your power. 

One more honest note: we also set a goal to kick off the year with a stronger base of recurring donors, and we’re close. We grew recurring giving by 25%, but we still need just eight more people to step in at $25 or more per month to be where we hoped we’d be heading into the year.
