Positive Phase 3 Results of Trikafta Provide Further Evidence of Efficacy

Vertex released positive Phase 3 ([link removed]) results for Trikafta® for people with cystic fibrosis ages 12 and older who have one copy of the F508del mutation and one gating or residual function mutation. While people with these mutations are already approved for Trikafta in the U.S., the results provide further evidence of the efficacy of the triple-combination therapy for this group and could help inform decisions about whether to switch modulators.
