Special Meeting of the Wyoming State Board of Control
A special meeting of the Wyoming State Board of Control will be held on January 7, 2026 in the Herschler Building, 2 West, GW Conference Room at 9:15 a.m. The purpose of this special meeting is consideration of three Authorizations to Detach Water Rights eligible for acceptance.
These Authorization(s) to Detach Water Rights are used solely in conjunction with subdivision development. They provide an expedient means to get through the subdivision process, facilitate disposal of water rights on lands under development in accordance with statute and furnish documentation to the appropriate city or county that water rights are being addressed.
