The Alabama Republican primary runoff was only last week but already, Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, Washington Republicans, and outside groups are rushing in millions of dollars to attack my friend Senator Doug Jones.

Doug proved Democrats can win anywhere by winning a Senate seat in Alabama and he can do it again. But McConnell is waiting in the wings. Now that the runoff is over, he’s lined up millions of dollars to attack Doug. And Karl Rove’s right-wing group has reserved millions in TV attack ads against Doug.

All told, Doug is facing $3.5 million in attacks, and he needs our help. If you are able, will you split a contribution between Doug’s campaign and the Southwest Leadership Fund right now?
