Democratic governors had an incredible record of success last year, and they’re leading our country forward despite Donald Trump’s attempts to move us backward. Just take a look at these 2025 numbers:

1.4 million: This is the number of Michigan public school children who had free school meals thanks to Gov. Gretchen Whitmer last year – saving Michigan families an average of nearly $1,000 a year.

$20 million: This is the amount in emergency funds Gov. JB Pritzker directed towards Illinois food banks last year to mitigate the Trump administration's harmful actions to gut SNAP.

#1: This is the ranking the state of Massachusetts achieved for education, health care, innovation, and now, state economy under Gov. Maura Healey.

25%: Gov. Tim Walz proposed an historic budget that aims to reduce child poverty in Minnesota by a whopping 25%, making key investments in public education, child care costs, and more.

$900 million+: This is how much Gov. Josh Shapiro allocated in additional pre-K–12 education funding in 2025.

23: This is the number of Democratic governors who are fighting back against Donald Trump’s administration every single day, suing to protect the fundamental freedoms of their constituents.

They’re leading the Democratic party forward at a critical time – but we need to know where you stand on their performance in office.
