Dear john,
As we work to replenish our meal inventory after months without meal
packaging activity, we're looking to Hunger Champions like you to
sponsor meals for children in need in countries like Colombia, Haiti,
Nicaragua and Uganda. We had a strong response to our request earlier
this week, and we are so grateful! There is still a long way to go to
close our 22 million meal gap this year, so we're asking again — we
still need 400 sponsors at the $125 level, which is equivalent to 365
nutritious meals. Can you help?

Dear john,
As meal packaging slowly resumes across the country, we are thrilled to
see our volunteers again — even from a social distance! Volunteer groups
are the backbone of our work, and after 550+ meal packaging events were
canceled this spring due to COVID-19, we couldn't wait to get back
together to package transformational meals for distribution worldwide.
But while meal packaging is back in action, millions of meals that were
not able to be packaged in recent months represent a significant loss to
children and families we serve .
As the number of people facing food insecurity continues to rise during
COVID-19, we recognize that hunger won't wait until later this fall, or
next year, for us to catch up .
We committed to sending 22 million meals to countries including
Colombia, Haiti, Nicaragua and Uganda this year, and we are looking for
500 meal sponsors this week to help replenish our inventory . Can we
