As MAGA witnessed the formation of a massive blue wave in 2025, they started working on desperate countermeasures, launching an all-out blitz of anti-democratic election rigging efforts at the state level—rewriting elections laws to make it harder for Democrats to vote and gerrymandering maps. The constitutionality of their actions will ultimately be decided by state Supreme Courts. That means whoever controls these courts will control the fate of our Democracy: 32 states will have state Supreme Court elections in 2026 including the key swing states of Arizona, Michigan, Georgia, and Wisconsin.
