Happy New Year!
I wanted to reach out with a sincere thanks for your support of this campaign, and all the work you did to help us finish last year with the momentum we need to win this race in 2026. With so much on the line for the future of our state and our country, your support in this race means a lot.
Thanks to you, we met a big end-of-year fundraising goal. This was an important milestone for our campaign ahead of this year’s election and it would not have been possible without you.
And thanks to you - and your support - we also ended the year with incredible momentum, including:
- Visiting all 16 counties in the state, and earning donations from all 16 counties (and close to 300 towns across Maine!).
- Planned and attended 180+ events - including many you helped us organize!
- A 20-stop housing tour and the release of a bold housing affordability plan for Maine, including historic investments in building and modernizing housing construction, cracking down on private equity buying homes, and ending veterans homelessness in Maine (You can read more about it by clicking here).
- Addressing the growing health care crisis in Maine by visiting health care centers, hosting events with providers and patients, and earning the endorsement from dozens of health care leaders across the state. My family recently had our health care costs more than double, and you can read about how that informs my campaign in our recent Bangor Daily News Op-Ed here.
- An endorsement from Maine Conservation Voters Action Fund for the first time in a gubernatorial primary in their history.

So, your generous contributions are already hard at work! Your support has allowed us to travel to every corner of Maine and it has helped us lay the groundwork to win. Donations are how we print literature, put up more yard signs, and ensure the message reaches voters across the state in the make-or-break months ahead. Every donation, no matter the size, goes straight into action.
Thanks to you, we’re on the road, in our communities, and building the foundation for what comes next. And now that it’s officially Election Year, I’m so grateful to have you alongside us for the work ahead.
And we are just getting started! We are now collecting signatures to get on the ballot, will be attending housing parties, events and town hall meetings every week, and will continue to build our network and team.
Again, I am so grateful for all that you’ve done for our campaign and the thousands of people who care so deeply about the future of Maine. Stay warm this winter and I hope to see you out on the trail!
