I want to say thank you.

First, thank you for helping me reach our end-of-year fundraising goal. It’s officially election year, and your grassroots support is helping me start the year strong — and truly makes a difference in our fight to take back the House.

This team has never, not once, let me down, and I cannot thank you enough.

And second, I want to thank you for staying in this fight even when what we’re up against is exhausting and relentless. Donald Trump and the far-right spent the past year attacking our communities, but we never gave up hope. Because the truth is:

Donald Trump is nowhere near as powerful as he pretends to be, and we’ve shown time and time again that when we stand united against him, he is beatable.

We’ve shown up in historic numbers to protest Trump’s extremism and stand up for our communities.

We’ve won court battles to stop Trump from abusing his power.

And last November, Democrats said enough is enough and ushered in a historic blue wave in races across the country. We flipped seats in special elections and local races where no one would be competitive.

Trump and Republicans may still hold the majority in Washington, but one thing is clear: the American people are ready for change — and I will not sit quietly as he continues to launch attack after attack.

We’ve got some more very tough fights ahead of us, and I can’t promise we’ll win all of them. But I can promise that I will keep fighting with everything I’ve got to stand up for you and for your democracy. And that, if we stay together in this fight, we will get through this and build a brighter future where right-wing extremists no longer get to control our government.
